EVO Shift No Data with Airave

I had a Samsung Intrepid - Just got the EVO Shift. I have an Airave at home because reception sucks in my neighborhood and I had major issues with getting bars - went through hell and back with Spring CS - lonnnng story short, they gave me an Airave for free, with no monthly charges because my coverage map shows 4-5 bars of service, but I got none.

Now, Im home. EVO worked great. Went to check email, no data. Couldnt use internet or anything to do with data.

I unplugged the Airave - and boom - emails came in, etc...

Anyone know the scoop with this? Are there specific settings I need t set the EVO to? Thanks!
