You have to remember this phone isn't meant to replace the evo. A sprint rep said this phone is suppose to compliment the evo. They said that it is part of the evo family. That is why it costs less. This is going to appeal to those who didn't want evo or epic. Its still a great phone. All I know is that I can't wait for the evo 2 which is rumored to be coming out in june.

Re: Wirefly video review
Alls I know is that the Shift is a big step up from my Vogue and Hero. I used the process of elimination to make my decision. Nay on Evo, because no hardware keyboard and phone is "too big" to put in pocket. Nay on Epic, because it doesn't have Froyo and who knows when that will happen. 2.2 is a big deal for both Flash 10.1 and ability to move apps to external storage. Yay on Shift, because it has a keyboard and the latest Snapdragon 2 processing unit. The GPU, although not as impressive as the Epic's, still is a step up from the Evo. Nay on Shift that there is no FFC, but I can live without it.
