Just took a minor backseat
Seems to me like the Evo will be like the Hero... just keeps on gettin' some ROM lovin'.

Re: Is the EVO 4G scene dead?

Well a phone is only as good as the support it gets, the phone is over a year old and there are still those that cook up ROM's for it, but don't look for any Dev's to be cooking up a ROM weekly for it as nothing new has came out that requires them to cook something new up, the best you can hope for these days is one of them porting something over for us, there are already Sense 3.0 ROM's out for it.

I'm hoping for a fully functional ROM w/ Android 2.3.7 and Sense 3.5

that would require a sense 3.5 device released on Sprint which may not happen for a while. I guess time will tell.

Absolutely there are. But his question was pertaining to a fully functioning rom which will not be the case until 4g works on the 3.5 ports.

Re: Is the EVO 4G scene dead?

I can't see a Sense 3.5 port being stable for a long time considering we still have Sense 3.0 ports that are not stable, plus our device is having a hard enough time running 3.0 so to tell the truth it would be pretty damn ugly to see 3.5 on it.
