60680 just installed itself. in case anyone wants to force the update thru system updates. It seems every couple weeks a new prl is out...

Yeah my PRL changed about a week or two ago also, was 01115 or whatever it was.

60680 is to address a few roaming partners changes in data carriers they are using. forgot what markets though. if you where in the effected area and didn't do the prl update you would lose your data possibly.
