I always do a full wipe when changing roms. I don't really care about visual voicemail. I don't receive any kind of notification of new voicemails. May have to change roms.

I found that if you do a reboot after initial flash voice mail shows up...

Just making sure but you wipe everything except for the SD card? If not then thats where some of the issues may be. I thought by just using Culkins or Superwipe I was getting everything, I wasnt so I manually wipe everything with each install. Also is everything checked in MENU=Setting=Display=Notification Flash?

Yes I wipe everything except SD card. All notifications are checked.

I would highly recommend before you start customizing after you flash to do a simple full reboot after it loads for the first time. Most apps will appear after this reboot.
