ROM version? How do I check? I'm still waiting on the RUU.exe to finsih with my phone. The file name is called:
RUU_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.70.651.1_Radio_2.15. 00.11.19_NV_1.90_release_161482_signed Does that tell you? |

I did it. It said effing congratulations. What a HUGE pain. If anyone is reading this thread and trying to do what I did, I can tell you step-by-step exactly what I did. Much crazy amounts of thanks to KarlE for having the patience to guide me through the unrooting process. Gives PPCGeeks a damn good name and the reason it's the only site I recommend.

I unrooted my dads evo without a hitch and installed the pcimg in the unrooting section a week ago so he could get the 2.3.3 update. The pcimg was 2.1update1 and would not update whatsoever! Since then, they updated the pcimg to 2.2 3.70 so I installed that and it still won't update to 2.3.3 and this was 2 days ago.Any suggestions?
