Nope, nothing. It doesn't even do anything in Bootloader. Just checks the PC36IMG and says wrong image blah blah blah and thats it. Still S-OFF. Wtf, I remember having to bring my other Evo into Sprint and switching it back to S-On and I did it in ONE NIGHT. Now its like a fucking mathematical equation I have to solve.

Down grade your radios first run s-on again and then pc36img

OKAY! I ended up erasing everything and rooting the phone so I could have clockwork recovery. after that i installed the unrevoked forever son tool. it worked. then i folowed the instructions on the PPCGeeks thread of unrooting. I got all the way up to the LAST STEP. when i transfgered the PC36IMG file, it was checking it and then it said "Main version is older!" Update failed!"

Crap, now what!?

It IS set to S-ON now, though I still don't know if its okay to download the latest OTA update. Do I need this PC36IMG?

Holy good lord. Okay, after searching around I found someone with my same problem. Failed on last step. Thank god he had the same exact bootloader info I have, and someone provided him with a different PC36IMG. I downloaded it and while it was loading in HBOOT it sits at Checking...[PC36IMG.zip] and then simply goes right back to the menu of FASTBOOT, RECOVERY, CLEAR STORAGE, SIMLOCK and HBOOT USB.

Then I tried some RUU .exe file someone suggested someone with my same problem, and I get a USB Connection Error. So THAT doesn't work.

I'm activating the phone tomorrow. I have to be activated with Sprint to try the OTA, correct? And S_ON is there, but I'm having trouble with the PC36IMG. Will it brick the device...?

OMG! Okay. So I installed HTC Sync and let it install some stuff. One kept failing. Then, after going into HBOOT and choosing FASTBOOT, plugged in USB, THEN ran the RUU.exe, it...is...WORKING!!!!!!!!!! I'll wait and see if it successfully completes...
