Just did a factory reset prl and profile update works again was not rooted and was on stock rom when doing the update.

Says update is available, but when I attempt to dowload it I get this message:

"Update is Corrupted - The downloaded system software update is corrupted. Do you want to download it again?"

Tried several times with the same result...anyone else get this message?

Talked with Sprint. They said the problem is I've got a wireless network enabled. Turned that off, went to 3G/4G (I have spotty 4G coverage), and tried again. Fail. Their suggestion is to take it to a store for a "master reset".

Mine did exactly the same thing. I pulled the battery and rebooted but i cant get the update to install.
