Are your text msgs working?

for the last 45mins or so I have not been able to send or receive txt msgs to or from sprint phones from my evo... My gf has an epic when I send her msgs my phone says "The recipient you are sending to has chosen not to receive messages. Msg 2111"

I called her and she gets the same thing when she sends to me or her mother who has the sprint Samsung transform... she tried texting herself from her moms phone and it says the same.

My mother has verizon I sent a msg from her to me and got it... sent her a msg and she got it.

it seems like its only sprint to sprint. Anyone else have this issue?

You're not the only one. I guess Sprint is having a network issue cause no one with Sprint, that I know, can send text.

So I just got off the phone with a supervisor, and he told me they are doing upgrades and text messaging could be down for UP TO 48 HOURS! To make me feel better, he did tell me I can text people on another network, but I cannot text anyone on Sprint and they cannot text me.

Looks like I'm guns have to use Google talk to IM everyone until it works again.
