Out of contract!!!!!!

Yesterday I called sprint bc my 3G speeds were very slow and was taking too long to connect to the service and they told me that they have three towers i my area, tampa area, working at 50% and they did not know when they were supposed to be fixed so they cancel may contract in three lines and look for another company, I have been with them for 7 years, , I don't want to look for another company so my decision was to root my phone and use 00001 PRL and what a difference, night and day, I have full service every where and fast internet, text messages working and voice works fine, sometimes drops my 3G but comebacks in couple seconds.
I don't use a lot of internet close to 500 mb to 1Gb at month, 500 texts and close to 300 minutes in voice so I am going to see if they complain, but for know I am going to keep roaming with verizon.

After 3 months of that, you're going to get booted off the network.

Whay is that? I have been using about 5 gigs a month for about 2.5 years now. They (Sprint) hasn't ever said anything to me. In fact I have personally called them to ask what amount of data I was caped at they told me I could use all I want I have no cap. This isnt AT&T!

When you roam to another network, sprint needs to pay that company. So if you roam excessively for 3 pay periods, they cancel the contract

Anything is possible. Hasn't happened to me though. Oh, define "excessively"

....sprint used to own most of verizons' towers...they sold them and entered a roaming agreement, BUT if your roaming is more than your regular usage for 3 months, sprint will cancel you.

I roam A LOT. Im not sure if it is more than not roaming but it is quite a bit. I have definitely roamed for 3 months so i wouldn't say definitely. You might just be on their watch list.

...you can use that to get out your contract...(if sprint says something, if not...keep roaming
