I have gotten every PRL and Software update sent to me from Sprint in a pop-up bubble. If you're not getting it, you either don't have something enabled or your phone is jacked up.

Anyway, pardon my ignorance, but is it okay to update the PRL when you're rooted (newly rooted user) or do I need to wait for someone to post a same PRL zip update for rooted users?

I have never received a "pop up bubble" for prl updates rooted or unrooted but have received notifications for software updates. And yes, everything is enabled correctly.

So Dr. Dr. give me the news, I've got a... bad case of loving ...jews?? nah...
