3.70 battery percentage mod for stock rooted?
Go I have to flash a Rom to get this on a A 3. 70 rom?
Any flashable updates for stock frameworks? To allow the percentage inside the stock icon.

You have to be rooted to do any mods like that. Also a deodexed ROM is themeable, so make sure thats what you use.
