I would have had the same one if I wouldn't have messed up my RSA keys. Luckily my replacement was the same hw version, 003, as my first.

my IO evo took a header glass first and died.... just got a refurb with a crooked lightleaking screen and a buzzing earpiece.... why oh why!!

yep yep. i have the same one. the screen has been replaced because of a minor issue, but other than that..

Listen to me delusional Evo buyers! The oroof is in the pudding. In this case..rhe proof is in the brandname! I read thru the whoke thread and I am shocked how you all still go out and give htc money. I made a promise on the new year to stay away from the evo threads. But when I surf aroung and read all these colossal problems with your Evo, I jyst can't help jumping I'm and save you all from this misery of a product! If its not a dead lcd screen its broken power buttons! Dont you see the connection? Htc on purpose makes faulty power buttons so u dont see the hardware fail first. Good tactics htc. You sure know hore to hide youe cheap hardware! Then u run to asurion and give them 100$ just to get tour phone back but with a new powerbutton ready to fail within 60 days. My god! What have I uncovered! What a disaster of a phone! Even the Shamwow guy isnt selling this heap of recycled shat!

you do seem to troll the evo threads quite a bit. i haven seen far far far less htc products returned due to defect then your beloved samsung at our store. wooo hoo samsung has one good phone, what about the rest of their product line up, complete garbage. honestly most "defects" are cause by the user, ya sure your phone just happened to stop working after falling down the stairs, up hardware defect.

still have mine running awsome. Going to try and trade it for a white though since I like the white and I have 2 cracks in mine and its been in a case since day 1

ouch man.... i had the same thing happen to me... i had that crappy White and chrome case and i dropped it and because it was opened at the top and bottom and it cratered the power button but its running like a champ. Bought it 8am June 4th and still in love to date.
