Use root explorer from the market to uninstall bloatware. That's how I uninstalled nascar.

I assume you moved apps from the system/apps folder to your sd card (press r/w button to be able to do this)

Only do the OTA if you are NOT rooted. It will fail on a rooted phone. If you are rooted and hell-bent on loading the 3.7 update, load the RUU that is on HTC's site.

I will give unrevoked a little soak time. It ain't called Beta for nuttin

Does the new unrevoked also load a new recovery? or is it just simply enable root?

Im with you IKillen, I think I will wait till it leaves beta. I am already root on the Sprint Lovers rom, but I have been wanting to get the latest OTA and then root it.

@BooDaddy: Yes, it installs the latest clockwork recovery.

@Jrob: I used it with multiple devices, and encountered no problems. For a beta, it appears to be working quite well, some people are reporting some driver compatability issues, but that seems to be it.

Have they said if they are going to release a version that installs Amon_RA recovery?

I actually prefer amon ra, when I asked in the forum the other day, they said "1.8 should work fine with it, but there would be no need for it with this clock-work update" (as it now backs up 4G RSA KEYS)

Clockwork doesn't properly wipe which can lead to other issues
