Re: New Kernel/Superior Battery Life
Okay, I flashed it. (Wiped first)
It is doing as they say!!! Even though my charge light is green and my (extended) battery says 100%, I watched my battery mV go from 4170 to 4206 in about 10 minutes. This is really going to benefit us who are on LiPo's since their peak voltage is higher than LiOn's. Since I switched to the Seidio, battery has been a non-issue to me but I just gave my daughter an EVO for Christmas and this will help my Text-a-holic a lot. Still have to get her rooted and since she is on the new HBoot and 004 phone, it gives me the willies. |

Re: New Kernel/Superior Battery Life
Think of the kernel as a engine, so If I gave you and 550 hp Htc engine and now gave you a new 777 hp engine you car runs faster! now if you chose to revert back to htc engine your speed drops! aka the battery saving technique go away!

Re: New Kernel/Superior Battery Life
I am on a Azreal 3.0 ROM (3.7), which kernel do you suggest going with for best battery saving heavy use?
