New update won't allow 4g to reconnect?

OK, updated my phone today to discover an annoying side effect... If you lose your 4g connection, it will not reconnect on it's own, to have to manually reconnect!! So much for being able to use 4g in a moving vehicle... I hope this somehow fixes the horrible 4g lag, because the way this works now is highly annoying! I hope there is some way to circumvent this new "feature"...

I got this update 2 days ago, my 4g connects and reconnects just fine. I have seen others have also been having this issue.

I'm glad I didn't do update yet. I definitely don't want to lose root for not that big of an update. Hopefully unrevoked will figure it out soon.

I see a lot of people saying the 3.7 can be rooted but I have failed to see one person state unequivocally that they have been rooted. I would prefer screedshots with the statement. I'll hold out.

Im on rooted 3.7 right now... but of course I was rooted before I flashed it. Oh and i'm having no issues with 4G reconnecting. As a matter of fact my 4G is better than ever.

I was rooted on MYNS RLS4, I flashed the rooted deodexed version of the new 3.70 and then flashed the new radios/wimax thing. Prior to me flashing the new radio my 4G worked flawlessly but once I flashed the new radio it will not connect at all! Its quite annoying. Thank God I did a back up right before flashing the new radio/wimax thing. Has anyone else had a similar issue or is it just me?

So you were rooted with unrevoked and did the newest ota update and are still rooted?

Nah I never fooled with that unrevoked thing... did mine the old school way. I've maintained root since the original 2.1 rom. I never do updates via OTA I just wait until someone roots the OTA and then flash it.

Yes, it ruined my 4G radio permanently. It erased my RSA keys. Did you do a Clockwork or Amon recovery backup? Only Amon backs up the wimax radio image.
