EVO Power Cycles after Root

so i have a problem and i need help i screwed up my EVO i formatted the cache partition and now its messed up i did a factory reset but now it power cycles on its own any ideas

i just fix an evo with same power boot cycle is your evo have s off in the boot screen ??? did you try to unlocked the evo ??may have a fix for u need more info
