Sprint & HTC hosting an EVO summit!?

Hello All,

I live in Kansas City. Sprint Nextal World Headquarters is about 10 miles away from where I live. Today, I get a text message from Sprint inviting me to a gathering at their headquarters for an EVO summit hosted by Sprint and HTC to discuss the Evo. They wanted me to RSVP by October 15th.

Here is the exact message...

"SprintFreeMsg:Attn HTC EVO users! Join Sprint & HTC on 10/20 @ 6pm to talk about your phone. Food & drink provided. Visit Sprint for more info."


The link does indeed take you to a sprint RSVP site.

Anyone else in the Kansas City area get this? Anyone going?

LMAO, too funny. Its like when the police set up those sting operations for people who have warrants out for their arrest by telling them they won a free prize and when they show up to collect their prize and they get arrested.

yeah, I got the message... who knows, I might go for a bit... but I have to work late on Wednesdays, so I'd probably have to skip out and go back to work pretty quick. at least the campus is only about a mile from where I work.
