Gmail Sync
 

Whenever I read a gmail message on my Evo, it is not marking it as read on the web version. Any idea as to why? I received an updated gmail app notice and did the update, and that is when this started to occur.

Under accounts, do you have it marked as sync? I had this same issue until i checked

There has to be an explanation for this.

In addition to what I said above, do you have autosync on? It's above the accounts. And then click the gmail and check all the boxes. So between those 3 boxes and the autosync on the main screen, it should work.

I was in the same situation a few weeks ago and one of the above things wasn't on

sync contacts, sync gmail, and sync calendar are all checked, as well as auto sync.
