I open this treed because I was looking to buy a htc evo and I fund one place and they are sealed for 280 but they are refurbish phone and new for 420 can some one tell me if this page is safe to get one thanks.HTC SALE

No, she had to sign a new contract. She was out-of-contract, still on a Mogul, and on SERO. In another thread, I told everyone I would tell you about something awesome that happened when I upgraded her, but can't yet, until Oct. 2nd or so, when everything I'm going to tell you will have come to fruition, barring any flies in the ointment.

I know is 199 with upgrade but I can not do upgrade into march of 2011 and 280 is price firm with out contract I just need to know if no one but a refurbish phone and how they work thanks

Just keep searching Craigslist in your local area. That way you can meet up with them and check out the phone before giving them the money. You'll find one on there for around $300 I bet...

thanks but I pay by paypal and the payment is confirm and they send me a email they saying the order has been shipped and I check with my order number and is sowing like the payment is cancel but in bank is pending what can i do sold I call the bank ore just wait to see what happen

contact their customer service and see whats going on with your shipment.
