What recovery did you use when you wiped your phone. Clockmod does not wipe to good you may have left some garbage from previous rom. Maybe tried aman RA recovery and start over. I used Clockmod on first rom and had some problems so went with RA 1.80 recovery and all is great now. Nothing meant bad about Clockmod it has Rom Manger.
