SMS Termination Denial

Went to send my sister a text and got the message above. Kept coming up over and over so I deleted the outgoing text and rebooted the phone. Anyone knows what it means?

Sounds like a SMS/MMS issue on the carriers side. I get message saying error 212 etc sometimes...could be system updates...or there SMS/MMS server is down. Has it cleared up since you posted?

Network issues. Usually means some sort of reboot going on. It fixes itself. Usually happens during off-peak hours as well.

If it happens for an extended period of time, usually >1 hour then it's probably a network failure going on somewhere and maintenance is needed.
