How to figure out what is causing my phone not to sleep

My battery sucks right now. I have tried all the suggestions and for the most part they have worked but my phone still says my sleep time and awake time is exactly the same. I've disabled everything running by shutting down and turning back on I have disabled bluetooth,GPS and nothing has changed. I'm hoping to find a way to figure out what is causing it to stay on all the time without having to remove every app then reinstall them to find out what is locking up. By the way I'm running the latest OMJ rom with rip tide and my pri is 1.40 any suggestions please let me know thank you.

Did you remove the auto sign in for Google TALK?

is your phone set to auto check mail? This will keep phone checking mail.

it is but only every hour

i've found that swype 1.56 and iheartradio kept my phone awake. use spare parts app to find out whats running.

i look at 'usage stats' and battery history>'partial wake usage' (changed from other usage)

Why not give us an idea how long battery last after charge, all do not consider times the same. Might include how much time on phone talking, elmailing , texting.

My battery last no lie 2-3 hours tops thats it I have to keep 2 extra batteries on me so I'm going to install all my apps one by one until I find out which one is keeping my phone awake thank you for your suggestions will try a few things tonight.
