3g vs. Wireless Market problem

Houston...I have a problem. I'm running Virus RC2 Revolution and I'm having an issue. Whenever I try to access the market over 3g it'll timeout. When I turn on my wifi the market works fine. But, the internet works over 3g. I'm a little confused....if the internet works shouldn't my market??
