Re: Battery or Charger Issues?

Just left the Sprint Repair center. FOund out there is an issue with the data port. There is a loose terminal and if the phone is set down just right it will not charge correctly. The guy actually told me not to worry bout it and showed me how to set it down so it will charge. I said BS I want a replacement phone. Then he gave me a long story bout how he would have to see waht could done and that it might be considered abuse. So off to call *2

Abuse? Now if your evo looks like it fell out the car while riding down the express way doing 80 then I can understand but if it looks brandnew then they should be replacing the phone since they can't prove that it was abused.
