Re: Slingbox and Froya 2.2

Anyone been able to get the Slingplayer to show the video in FULL screen? I am able to get a good 16:9 picture, but it is always small in the center of the screen. I have tried changing the aspect ratios within the app without success.

You only get full screen if you are watching HD content. Well, at least for me with the Slingbox Pro-HD.

I have HD cable and even when streaming HD channels to a connection on wi-fi it is still not full screen. I have the original slingbox solo. I wonder if that may have anything to do with it?

Thats your exact problem right there, using the original slingbox solo 240 or whatever it was called wont allow you to see video in true full screen. If you had the newer solo version slingbox solo 260 then you wouldn't have that issue.

Incorrect. I have a Dish 922 DVR with the latest built in slingbox hardware and the problem occurs on my phone as well. Some HD channels fill the screen just fine while others do not. I cannot figure out why either.
