Disappointed with the Gallery software on 2.2

They still have not fixed the blurry/out of focus "previews" on the HTC gallery. Several people said this was fixed back on 1.47. Sure does not look like it was. Images are blurry until you zoom in to them manually. Once you back out they are clear.

This is really the only negative thing I can say about the phone now.

Mine doesnt have this problem. The picture starts blurry then focuses automatically after less than a second. Just checked and its really not even doing that anymore. The folder you keep the pictures in takes some time to load and I would imagine even longer if you have alot of larger pictures so maybe thats the problem. Wait for the spinning wheel at the top right to finish then you probably wouldnt have the blurry pictures anymore.

It could be the size of the files. Most were shot with a 5mp DSLR. I don't have any spinning icons though on the screen and I let it sit for about a minute and the blurriness never went away.

I would install the 3d gallery thats in some custom roms it doesn't have that problem and it looks 1,000 times better. I'll see If I can find the .apk for it.

I dont have this issue at all but then again I only have about 35 pictures on my phone.

I'm so glad someone brought this up. I have the same issue, as well. I'm on 2.2 fyi
