I thought that FroYo 2.2 would have a lot more visual changes. Like changing the Notification Bar to white, with colored icons on it. And the bottom that has the App Drawer, Phone and + was changed too. And I thought the cool Unlock screen was going to change. I guess I'm the only one who thought this? I noticed some cool new widgets though.

So the only way I can get everything I said is to root and go to another ROM? I really don't feel like going through all of that...

Anyhow, you do not have to go to another ROM persay, but you will want a deodexed and rooted version of the stock ROM so that you can skin it and theme it the way you want.

Yea.. I'm a bit disappointed too. Somethings re quicker for sure.. but the visual changes seem hardly noticeable.

But... installing to SD card should rock!

Ya you need to be rooted for CM6....

It's worlds better imo than any sense based rom.

...Sense-based..? I thought...jeez, it took awhile for me to understand everything for my TP2, now I have no idea about Android.

Sense is the HTC add on to Android and just like they had Sense for WinMo...

AOSP is Android without Sense, the was it was supposed to be before HTC molested it.

I like features of both Sense and AOSP, but the features for AOSP outweigh everythign from Sense for me...

I mean Wiimote hooked up to the phone and play NES,SuperNES, Sega?

There's alot more than just that...thats just one example.
