I'm sure the devs will get their hands on it via the limited release. It'd be classic if they could create a rooted version BEFORE the full release on Tuesday [-o<

from what I heard it will be available to all tomorrow but they arnt pushing to our phones till the 3rd. So from what I got from that if you do a manual update tomorrow at 12 CST it should be available (pending no complications)
