Both have 3G...both run on CDMA...I suprised Verizon even allows your ESN/MEID on their network...not sure how you were able to fool the network...but good luck...

I'm not sure how to get 3G working...unless Verizon's provisioning system takes care of it..which I believe it does...*228 option 1 and see what happens...but you probably already knew that....other than that...not sure...

Yeah its something deeper then the *228 can change , Im pretty sure its the 3g password that is my problem, can anyone confirm the 3g password is the esn?that's how it was on Alltel but I am un sure of Verizon.

I believe Verizon even dials a different number to access the data network. Do you have another Verizon phone that you can compare settings with... If you can get your hands on a Droid or Droid X you can pull their data settings (minus the password) from there.

Type ##DATA# on your phone, if you don't know your MSL just use "view mode"..

See the settings in the "Data Profile"? That's part of what you need to change to the appropriate Verizon settings..

well now it tries to connect to the evdo network but gets booted immediately wich leads me to believe my evdo password is incorrector trying to connect to wrong server.

Bomix i cant get into alot of detail of how i got it on verizon network, i can tell yah it cost me a incredible.
