Custom Rom Flash Help

Hey ya'll need some help.

Been flashing ROMs for a bit here and there, and today decided to go back to Fresh 1.01 ( etc.) well I inadvertently flashed the rom and the theme at the same time and now i'm in this loop of start up screen playing over and over again.

Normally this isn't an issue, remove battery, go into recovery manually, etc. However now my computer won't run the recovery. When I hit windows + r the it pops up and I select the recovery file I have saved...then the recovery screen comes up for just a second and goes away. All the while the phone is stuck in recovery mode ( phone with red exclamation point) until i Pull the battery again.

What am I doing wrong? Help..

P.S. I know this may have been searchable and I apologize in advance but time is of the essences and if you've ever searched for something..you know what i mean..

Help please.

Thanks

Re: Custom Rom Flash Help

I just used the recovery file I have been using that was part of my initial root. I go in and manually wipe each time before flashing which includes data, cache and dalvik..

Re: Custom Rom Flash Help

When I run the recovery and before it disappears, it tells me the ADB is out of date...I searched for that message but couldn't really make heads or tails of the instructions I saw. Problem I have is I can't get the the phone out of either a repeating boot screen ( Freeesssh) or if I go into Recovery, I can't get it off the phone with the red triangle screen.

Any advice?? Help???
