yes, you'll still have your purchased apps show up. you can always d'l astro file manager and use its 'app manager' tool to backup your apps before you root. it backs up most things but not all.

UPDATE:

I flashed the 1.47 ROM from here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=121961 and all seems to be working again.
