Alright NVM I fixed found the post where the exact same thing happened used this method

Download the Android SDK and extract
Plug your phone into the PC
Power on with the volume button down
Choose Fastboot
From a command prompt, navigate to the SDK folder and enter

fastboot oem enableqxdm 0
fastboot reboot

Ok well I got the SD card working again but still no usb. I want to flash stock again tried with fastboot and nothing plug phone in with calkin Rom installed no options when usb plugged in. I'm stuck.

I tried this but it didn't work for me. Been pulling the SD out when I've need to transfer files. When you say SD won't mount, do you mean it isn't recognized at all? It mounts when I boot up and file explorer sees my card when I open that. HTC sync doesn't recognize phone or go into removal drive mode, but the phone does charge when plugged into charger.

EDIT: Trying link posted above may work cant believe I didnt think of that before.

EDIT: Fix worked USB and SD working again TYVM for that.

Do I have to go through this process every time I flash a rom on this phone? If so I wont be flashing often at ALL ha. I rooted using simple root.
