Wirelessly posted (Sprint HTC Evo : Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-us; SPH-M900 Build/ECLAIR) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17)

well today I return my evo(day 29) ... amazing phone, still love it, highly recommend it to ppl & will miss many of its features. but hardware keyboard and dpad is a must for me. I just want to thank everyone who helped me during my times of frustrations getting used to the device with my keyboard & battery issues. I however am not going back to the tp2, sold that piece on ebay for a fat chunk. moment will be my temp device till the next best thing comes out .. again thanks guys!

Well I know how you feel, I never thought I could ever own a phone without a keyboard, and even though it gets frustrating at times the slim form factor more than makes up for it, not to mention the speech to text which works well enough for me. Anyway, good luck to you and any future purchases, isn't the new Samsung suppose to have a keyboard?

Re: thanks guys!

This phone is what I have been waiting for, NO hardware keyboard YESSS. However, having a trackball would be kind of neat, for games and such.

if it had a trackball I would maybe have kept it.
