Problems when trying to use Titanium Backup

So, I just rooted my phone using the Easy Root tool (click 3 times and you're done, basically), and I'm trying to make a backup of my phone in case I screw something up.

I installed Rom Manager and Titanium Backup, and it is saying that I don't have root access, but when I use adb, I get a "#" icon in the shell, and I can browse around the root dir and such.

Anyone have any ideas?

did you unlock nand backup? Its the second part of root. Not really sure if the 3 click method does that, so I am just guessing here.

Did you download BusyBox in Titanium Backup?

did you click on the "Problems?" button in titanium?
