You should try it out, you might be surprised. I'm not attacking you, but it's real information, tested by XDA and by several of our own PPCgeeks users. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=125622&page=2

This issue happens to me, and when I did some tests, I saw that my battery life was drastically increased. I had been getting garbage battery life, and now with light use I have 45% left after 15 hours, and usually after heavy use get about 8 hours.

I know you not trying to attack me, we are having a pretty decent conversation. Its just that my friends and I havent had any issues with battery life and believe me, we all love the hell out of our evos and we used them almost not stop. I have already read through that thread you linked to and again I am not disputing it does or doesn't happen, it just may not be as wide spread as some people are making out to be but who knows.

Re: Bad to unplug before fully charged?

Considering how cheap batteries are, it seems like a pointless discussion. I just plug and unplug as needed, and my batteries generally last a good year or more. If everyone wants to save real money, consider driving habits and how you use your brakes. Those habits can cost or save real money.

Re: Bad to unplug before fully charged?

No, these batteries (taking into consideration you are using the oem) are Lithium Ion, not NiCad/NiMh, so no memory effect.

Here read this if you have the time, has some interesting info; http://www.batteryuniversity.com/parttwo-34.htm
