Sprint rep knew i DOWNLOADED TASK KILLER?

Ok I'm new to android, coming from winmo. So i'm talking to account services complaining about 10 fee's vs. battery life, having three evos with 3 10 fee's etc. And the rep says you shouldn't be having and trouble with your battery since you recently downloaded advanced task killer. i was like ...what? How in the world does this guy know what free app i just downloaded? This may be a noob question to some but if he can see ATK can't he see free wireless tether?

The funny thing is ATK isn't even very useful for battery management. I also doubt he has any way of knowing what apps are on your evo.

I would say it was an educated guess. Unless they do have access to our marketplace downloads, in which case I now know why the female reps have been all annoyed with me for all those "image" apps I downloaded.

Scary!!! I don't want a Sprint Rep telling me "Well you shouldn't have installed that pornographic wallpaper yesterday!!!"...

I think I'm going to do my best to avoid the Market...

Thanks for the input. There's no way he guessed. I just put in on my 3rd evo yesterday and his words were "in reference to battery life YOU JUST DOWNLOADED advanced task killer yesterday". So can he see unrevoked, wireless tether etc? He put me on hold so many times i thought he was calling the FBI (cell phone hack division). I was about to say never mind the fee's thanks bye.

Well I did see in an article somewhere that google had remotely removed a certain app from people's phones...

I did not mention anything of the sort.....that's why it floored me when he said it.
