BLueTooth Help Needed !!! Can't connect.

I have spent many hours searching online and with sprint tech support

My phone is paired with my laptop and work phone (BB tour with Verizon).
With the phone , i can pair but unable to actually connect to the phone. When i select it in the setting menu, it does nothing. I tried sending a pic and can not, it will fail. I can get pics from the bb with the current settings though.
My computer can connect but again, i cant send a photo.

I have tried with a droid also and still cant connect.
Sprint was nice enough to tell me the phones were not compatible... guess that goes for my computer too...

Can someone please HELP.
