Hornet.. You just said the exact reason why google voice was created.. Listen. The major function of google voice is that you get your one google voice number. Give that number to everyone. Just. One. Number. Then, you go online, and you pick what people go to which numbers. For example, if your mom calls, or anyone in your family for that matter, it could potentially only ring your cell. People associated with your job would go to your work phone(s). The beauty is there is only one number to give out. You should look into it man.

To the OP, this makes me sad, because I worked my @ss off to get my invite two months ago.. Sigh..

i am still confused on this. i have sprint and i downloaded the google voice app on my evo. i set up my google voice number ...but if i choose to call out using my google voice number from my sprint phone..will i be charged the 20 cents a minute or will i be only using my sprint minutes? and the same goes for incoming call dialed to my google number with me answering with my sprint phone? minutes are 20 cents a minute? ok i see i can do sms with the google number also...more charges? i looked online and i cant get a straight answer.
