Sense Weather

Does anyone know of a mod or a tweak or anything that would allow me to have Sense Weather update more often than once every hour? Florida's weather is pretty volatile at times and can change more often than once every hour.

Maybe someone can add that to the custom weather location that I have been looking for?

I don't think you can. Just download the weather channel app from the market. It is more detailed as well.

No, i'm sorry. Androids SenseUI will only allow you to update automatically every one hour. They set it that way because of the known battery issues. If it updated every 15 minutes like it used to on Windows Mobile, it would consume way more battery.

Besides, you can update the weather manually just by pressing the update button on the weather screen.

I downloaded "The Weather Channel" app and its great. I love the weather alerts, too. I know added this as a widget on my phone to replace the stock weather widget.

I kind of like Weatherbug elite (worth the 2 buck imho)...works well, has widgets...and is REALLY accurate where I live and travel...each to there own though
