It seems after factory resetting it has helped speed up with loading youtube. Maybe my phone was connecting to a different server that wasn't local?

Youtube has always loaded up slow for me too on 3G. Im not in a 4G market so i cant test it but it does seem to take a while. and this is regular quality not HQ
