720p videos using class 2 vs class 6 SD memory cards

Just made these 2 videos, tried as hard as I could to duplicate the videos using the same lighting and audio levels.. The first one is with the 8GB class 2 microSD card that comes with the phone, the 2nd one is the 8GB class 6. I killed all applications and booted video camera both times, I tried to eliminate all variables, same phone was used to make both. Let me know if you guys can see a difference in either one..

Class 2:

Class 6:

Any tips or tricks to up the quality at all?

Dont' see a difference. Back to the fact that HTC is using too much compression. Maybe they need to give the option for less compression on faster memory cards.

I can't imagine someone can't create a new camera program with their own settings... I mean we do it with instant messenger, video players etc... If we have the hardware, isn't the beauty of android that we can make the software do anything?

No no, don't buy that specific one. It doesn't do video as far as I can see, just saying it's possible for apps to be made to control the camera.

Re: 720p videos using class 2 vs class 6 SD memory cards

i would recommend you put the two videos together in one video, half the screen to one sd card, the other half to the other sd card (sort of like those 360 vs ps3 game videos) so we can get a better view of this
