The best thing about your video is that you were able to leave your phone off for two days. I'm guessing the wife or girl was miffed at the time you were spending on the new phone making your great rooting videos that she laid out the ultimatum on you.

Ya right! My wife spends more time on her phone than I do on mine.
As far as taking 2 days to film...
Let's just say camera tricks and slowly opening/closing mini blinds while turning lights on/off works wonders.

People do overreact to battery life but with a few real tips my evo lasts a day with moderate use thanks to the fact that it doesn't drain like no tomorrow when it's idling. Not everyone sits at a desk all day next to a charger...

I did go with the 1500mAh from seidio but even on the OEM battery it was fine, considering all this bad mama jama does.

EDIT: Thanks to biscodude for pointing out I'm a bonehead, the seidio battery is 1750mAh. LOL.
