Ringtone for Calls Without Caller ID
Does anyone know how to assign a ringtone for an incoming call without caller ID? My work comes in as unavailable or restricted, and I would ilke to assign a special ring for them. This was a simple option on many dumb phones, but I am now on my second smart phone, and either I or the phone ain't so smart.

Just go into settings, personalize, set default ringtone. That will set a ringtone for all calls comming in (including calls without caller I.D.) that you don't have a ringtone set to.
