Me too, long time WM sufferer. What I always hated about WM was its inability to run smoothly all the time. I think it was just inherently memory inefficient.

I don't know if Android would have been as pleasant on a slower device, but I have no complaints about the EVO. I have experienced the grounding issue (only in my car dock, and I have adapted to it) and I have slight light leakage near the home key, but the device has completely lived up to the hype for me.

No doubt we will see a string of devices released that are the equal, or superior, to the EVO, but I am not sure any will hit the form factor "sweet spot" that the EVO has hit for me.

Re: Who has had no problems with their EVO?

Flawless phone, besides the fact the screen is very unresponsive while on the charger.

Re: Who has had no problems with their EVO?

I would have added a poll option for "Its a new phone so it took me a while to get it where i want it..." I have never had a PPC that didn't take some time to get it where i want it, doubt i ever will...

For me it has been battery life, now it is GREAT !!! (well within the boundary of SPRINT and their qwirks)

Re: Who has had no problems with their EVO?

I've had no issue really. Great 4G here in Houston and I easily get a full day of good use out of my battery. So...I've got literally zero complaints with the phone.

I wish they would update some market things like facebook etc...but that'll come.

Re: Who has had no problems with their EVO?

I couldn't vote because I think the 30fps and the touch input lag are serious issues, but I'm not going to return it. I'm sure HTC or XDA-Devs will fix.

Re: Who has had no problems with their EVO?

No complaints about the phone at all. Only had one random reboot since I got it but that was it. Been perfect so far. Also got to test the 4G when I went to Philly last weekend. works great.
