Re: Evo scratch test!

There are other benefits to having a screen protector on your phone. In my case, the screen protector I got is more slick than the screen surface which allows my fingers to glide more easily over the surface of the screen making swipe motions much easier. Plus, I don't care how scratch "resistant" the screen is. That doesn't mean it still can't get scratched or otherwise damaged. Ask me how I know, the guy who broke the "unbreakable" glass cup.

The screen doesn't scratch, so you don't have to remove the protection to get a scratch free screen.

Also, the screen of the EVO is the least smudge magnetie screen I have ever seen in a phone.
all screens scratch. all it takes is your girlfriend putting it in her purse one time and it rubbing all the stuff inside there. Trust me, screens can be tougher to scratch than others, but they all do. I'd still get a protector.

Re: Evo scratch test!

Just so you know, I discovered a scratch on my screen. Makes an audible noise if I run my fingernail over it. I have no idea how it happened. Seems to me like a screen protector is a good idea.
