Re: Very poor picture quality...HELP!!!

Funny story. I kept saying the same thing about my camera that for an 8 mp camera it's really fuzzy. So after many disappointing pictures I finally figured out why they were coming out so distorted. The guy left the plastic over the camera lens when he took my phone out of the box and put it inside of it's plastic cover. As soon as I took it off I fell in love with the camera the picture quality is amazing.

Is it like an obvious piece of plastic, because I had read this before?

Yeah, it's pretty oversized. Not sure how anyone could not notice it's there.

Thank You, I wasn't sure if it was obvious or if it just covered the lens!

Re: Very poor picture quality...HELP!!!

As a photography enthusiast. The problems are usually due to the high ISO settings. Set the default iso to like 100 or 200 and you'll have much better pictures, but you'll HAVE to use the flash in low light. My problem with the camera is the auto white balance comes off a little cool (blueish tint). There needs to be a feature (or at least allow it to be unlocked) that will let you use the light (flash) to focus in low light.
