Need help with transition from WM6.x

I am coming from a long line of WM based phones to Android (currently on TP2). This is actually my first exposure to Android, so I am anxious to get familiar with it. My two new EVOs arrived today but I am not going to activate them until I get my screen protectors and cases from Seidio tomorrow or Wednesday. Anyway, my first hiccup is that I suddenly realized that Microsoft MyPhone is not going to work to transfer all my contacts, text messages, pictures, etc. to this phone. How can I transfer all of this to the new phone from my TP2 please?

I used google sync to go from my Touch Pro to EVO

The google sync only appears to sync contacts and calendar. What about the text messages, documents, pictures, etc.? Does Sprite backup or some other product work between OSes?

documents, pictures, and that kind of stuff, just store those on your SD card. As for text messages, I think you're out of luck on that one.

Check here for SMS. For Documents, Pics etc... Cicatrize is right, just store to SD or move to PC temporarily and then transfer over that way. Since there are numerous threads regarding this issue I am closing this one.
