Im not talking about phonebook - My problem is with caller ID - on incoming phone calls pictures look so bad.

Distortion... your phone only downloads a thumbnail photo from facebook so if its set to show pics full screen on your ID then its going to distort the pic to make it fit the screen. Thats why the pics actually in your phone show fine because well.. its the whole picture not a thumbnail.

Hard Reset your phone....thats what I've done in the past...don't allow Facebook to sync with your contacts...it tends to cause more problems in the end....If you want high quality pictures of your facebook friends, go and download each one and drag them to your phone...full resolution...or find out what the size the Evo allows and shrink them down to that size.
