does it say the phone is discounted or the plan? if it's the plan anyone can do that on sprint's own website.

Allwaysbethere is a legit company. there are affiliated with CallSprint. I believe they take care of sprint orders from their business partners. I got my phone from them this January, heavily discounted along ($50 for tp2) with a 20% off monthly discount.

Ok guys enough talk with this, I went through the site to pretend I was going to buy one. When you click "members using ssn number" it doesnt ask you to enter anything, it just takes you to the ordering page. Also the Evo is not discounted at all, you pay the same price you would at Sprint. 299.99 and you also get the 100 mail in rebate. The only discount with this website is the plans. instead of 69.99 a month, with the corporate discount they give it to you for 55.99 a month. so the 20% is not a discounted phone, its a discount on the plan. just like many other sprint corporate websites we have seen that we can order from. Anyways glad I could be the test dummy for this. Again it does not require you to enter a SSN number or Tax ID number.

Im going to wait this phone out a bit.... but if you click through the SSN page and select the EVO... and then the 55.99 plan, the page does let you continue to the next step WITHOUT having to select the $10 premium data for EVO... it lets you continue to the next page, BUT I dont know if it will let you finish the transaction because I didnt try... but it may be worth trying for others!

Yeah they are completely legit, got my TP2 from them for $50 with all rebates and discounts being instant, I still sent in my rebate and got my $100 rebate on top of it, so I made $50 and a TP2 for free, they are part of the EC purchasing program.....

Realtors and financial/title among others can join ECpurchasing and get discounts from all the cell companies and many other companies, in Dec when I got my phone the deal was posted on Slickdeals and thousands of orders happened overnight and most were sent but they started checking if people were really members of ECpurchasing and denied some people.

Check in a few months and they may have a great deal like the tp2 deal... but they are legit.
